  • 1. There will be an awareness program an “National Tobacco Control and few other health program” on 30/07/2019, Tuesday from 12-00 PM onwards on behalf of Government of West Bengal, Department of Health and Family welfare.

  • 2. Global Institute of Education will remain closed on 12-08-2019 for “Idujjoha”.

  • 3. “Rakhi Bandhan Utsab” will be celebrated in our college (Global Institute of Education) on 14.08.2019. So, all students, teacher and non-teaching staffs are informed to present on the same day.

  • 4. “15th August, Flag hoisting ceremony” will be done at 9 am. So all students, teachers, and non-teaching staffs are informed to present in our college before 8-30 am. The presence in mandatory.

  • 5. Global Institute of Education will remain closed on 10/09/2019 (Tuesday) for the occasion of “Maharam”.

  • 6. It is notified to all students, teaching and non-teaching staffs that global Institute of Education will remain flossed on 28-09-2029 (Saturday) for “Mahalaya”.

  • 7. All students, teachers and non teaching staffs are informed that Puja Vacation will start from 04-10-2019 (Friday) to 15-10-2019 (Tuesday). Global Institute of Education will re-open on 16-10-2019 (Wednesday).

  • 8. Global Institute of Education will remain closed from 26-10-2019 to 30-10-2019 for “Kali Puja” and “Bhatridwitya”. College will reopen on 31-10-2019.

  • 10. Global Institute of Education will ramin closed on 25th December ‘19 (Wednesday) for “Christmas Day”.

B. Ed

Subjects Offered:Bengali / English / History / Geography / Life Science (Botany, Zoology, and Physiology) / Physical Science (Physics, Chemistry) / Mathematics.

D. El. Ed

The D.El.Ed. programme shall be of a duration of two academic sessions, which can be completed in a maximum of three years from the date of admission to the programme.

The idea to establish an Education College with a view to giving scope to educated youth for the acquiring Bachelor of Education (B. Ed.) Degree as well as Diploma in Education (D. El. Ed) to enhance their scale and competency to join in teaching profession. Such degree now in a knowledge based society may treat for an essential prerequisite for becoming a teacher in a Secondary /Higher Secondary School. The College has played a pioneering role in launching professional job related course like B. Ed. and D. El. Ed. To help students interested in acquiring special skills to enhance their learning and earning capabilities.
